Shipping Policy

We partner with BikeFlights and FedEx to make sure that your new EDISON arrives safely. Our bikes are shipped 90% assembled. When your EDISON arrives, you will need to install the pedals, handlebars, seat, and front wheel. We are happy to provide remote assistance via phone or FaceTime call. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We're not happy unless you are. If you decide for ANY reason that EDISON is not for you, we will buy it back within the first seven days of ownership. No restocking fees, no questions, EVER! If the bike was shipped, you will be responsible for shipping costs.


At EDISON Bicycles INC., we take great pride in the quality and durability of our builds. We’re confident that you will be impressed as well. Bicycles are serviceable machines: because of this we offer a (local) complementary tune-up within the first 500 miles of ownership. 


  • Battery packs are covered for a period of 1 year on manufacturer defects only. 

  • Other electronic components are covered under warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase

  • Bicycle frames are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Mechanical components are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.


  • Bikes with technical alterations that have been made without the approval of the manufacturer

  • Damage to or failure of components resulting from weather or ordinary wear and tear.

  • Theft, robbery, vandalism, intentional damage

  • Incidental/consequential damage or injury

  • Bikes with damage resulting from improper maintenance (e.g., storing battery fully discharged over the winter)

  • Any electrical component that has been opened, altered, partially disassembled, or completely disassembled 

  • Components that have been damaged due to improper adjustment or worn components

  • Bikes/Components with damage resulting from an accident

  • Bikes that have been lent, leased, or rented commercially
